The mooshroom spawner is glitched?

Now some of you may know me, be it whether you impaled me with a sword or blowing up my chests. The mooshroom spawner does not work properly and sadly I just found out after I spent 500k on it. I would ask of your opinions, and lets not kid myself, a way to fix it or some sort of answer from staff members.

I know 500k may not mean much, but hey, money's still money, and I would an answer.

I am using my iPad At the moment, but I will be able to provide them one or 2 days later.
