I just signed up and went to the Survival world. I was looking around and some crazy chick (sarah4002) started following me and bugging me and she even conned me out of my helmet. She said she wouldn't leave me alone until I gave her 26 diamonds! Can the admins do something about this? There were several online, but none of them would answer me.
Yes and you can do /ignore <Username> to block them from talking to you. Are just tp somewhere so you escape her.
Those Admins online are a type of rank, here we can buy Admin which gives several perks to each server. They're not staff members. Also scamming is allowed except for in real life money scamming, so you probably won't get a new helmet.

Scamming is allowed as long as it does not involve real life money. Admins are not staff members, therefore they do not have to answer you. You probably won't get your helmet back so maybe you can ask another player if they have an extra. Also, this should have been posted in the "Player Reports" forum.
