hmmm what about dis allowing him to do anything on your plot? that way he cant grief you. If you give him access of course you chance getting griefed but if you remove his access to your plot, (placing and removing blocks) then the worst he can do is stand in your way. You took the chance by giving him access to your plot in the first place. No one is to blame really for the griefing but you. You made the assumption his intentions were true and assumed wrong. :/
Well... I believe that he will not be banned (Due to the fact that you forgot to remove him from the plot), it's hard to know for sure.

you griefed me a while back a few months ago you also spammed my inbox at my headshop "give me all the heads" i told you the rules and you just didnt stop. so you have the nerve to call somebody else a greifer (not to mention calling every donator an abuser of their priveleges some time ago)
