Buying ranks problem

    Kk for some reason i cannot find an option to pay an upgrade from executive to CEO via SMS. Whereas before i have upgraded myself numerous using SMS. PleSe can a member of staff explain why im having problems?

    Allow 1-2 weeks for Emily to reply. She receives a very large amount of emails a day and is unable to reply to all of them as soon as she gets them.

    Players have never been able to buy ranks or upgrade them through SMS. It might be enabled eventually, but probably not.
