Short story: Chunibuni was promoting that he would buy people donor ranks for IGM. Anyway we agreed I would pay half of 10 mill for MVP then he would buy me rank, and I would pay the rest. So I paid him the money, and he then said that he wants 10mill upfront or else he won't buy me the rank. I told him to give me my rank and I would give him rest as he said. He said no and offered my money back. I said sure give it back and he said no I'll keep it. I then offered him to buy me a lower rank like Enhanced, and he said he had 'gtg'. Anyway I got lots of proof! I got scammed 5 mill . My IGM: GunSwoozy
This is allowed. If you spend the money on the player, & thy don't buy the rank, then there will be punishment.
This sort of scamming is "allowed" The only sort of scamming that is not allowed is when the player buys the rank FIRST and the other player does not pay money in game as stated above me
I just don't see this as fair. I mean it INVOLVES rank buying. Although I'm not the one buying the rank, I am paying a lot of IGM for the rank. This sucks.
Plus, I wouldn't want people buying the rank. I would want to buy myself the rank, because people can charge back, demand a refund, & get you banned. So, in a way, you dodged a bullet.
All in all, buying ranks from random players should never be done. Even buying ranks from trusted friends is a huge risk Not only can you lose are you hard earned money but you risk a chance of being permanently banned. If you want a rank why not work for it? Or suck up to your parents for a few weeks then ask?

Yeah this hasn't been the first time I've been scammed. For some reason I thought chunibuni was a nice, trusted member. I thought wrong.
Man, if you buy rank, it ussualy trades like 1M is $1... Im your case, you are unranked, and he was going to give you $35 for 10M? 10M is like nothing... Only stupid people would accept this deal...
