Well they would be like a prepaid Visa or MasterCard. I've never really used one but I think you can find them at Wal Mart. I don't know where else you can find them
You can use the prepaid credit cards as @xBMAN88 said, although you will need to make sure you set it up for online use if you do go that way. Another way which has been added recently is the 'Google Wallet' you can get Google Wallet cards just about anywhere and then you can use it to purchase the rank.
