Guard

    I know Collin and Emily hand pick guards, but what could you do to make them want to choose you?

    To become a guard you have to be trusted by Collin, Emily and Drake. There isn't really a way to make them want to choose you other then not asking to be a guard and follow the rules.

    Follow the rules, don't ask to be a guard, just play and become trusted within the community.

    I believe only helpers can get guard.

    No it's not, anyone can be a guard. Like I said, guards are chosen by Collin Emily or Drake.
