Cant chat after i bought Enhanced

I cannot reproduce this. What happens when you try to chat?

 

I've encounter this a few times. They're not muted but they can't chat in the chatbox, they can message and everything. I can't remember what they told me what it said but I think it was like"You do not have permission to chat in this area."

 

I think it's because you are trying to chat in places you can't like the minetime lobby
