Why do you think you should become a helper? I think I should become helper because I can be very active such as school days etc. Another reason I think I should receive the helper role is because of how hardworking I am, and how much of an understanding I have in the Minecraft community, I come from all sorts of backgrounds in the Minecraft community such as, HCF, Factions, Survival Smp's u name it I've played it, I have genuine knowledge of being a staff member from my past experience from being a Chat-Mod over at the Cold Network, My job there as a Chat-Mod was to mute toxicity, report cheaters (as I didn't have perms to SS or ban them) regarding that I loved every moment as a staff member, But unfortunately we all hit a rock in life therefor I had to end up resigning, this was due to family problems. Another reason I think I should become helper is because I have genuine PvP and Prison knowledge Another reason I think i should become helper is because of my traits such as, Responsibilities : Responsibilities is a big part for being a staff member as if I make a mistake I shall own up to it and not blame it on something else. This would also mean I will report anything I did not correctly to a higher up staff member and explain what I did thoroughly, I shall do this because it would also impact on the player base the server has as I need to be Honest and Act up on to my Mistake. While I can make mistakes, Those mistakes can help me know more about what I should had done instead of doing what I did Wrong. Responsibility also includes respect which I can present to the player base and staff team such as helping them out if its needed while also helping myself. Dedication I will definitely dedicate my time into the server, to not only improve the server but help the server grow Respect At all times i have complete respect for every other player I meet, and will continue to do so as a staff member here at MineTime. I always treat every player equally. Loyal I am very loyal person, most of my time will definitely be on the server, I would never go behind the servers back nor would I go behind the staff teams back. Professional Again part of my IRL job is to be professional, reason being we have to give youths are best impression/role model I can of course joke about but when it comes to being professional I can very well be. Achievement Achieving goals and targets is a big part of my life, the reason being it gets me more motivated to reach the goal/target I set myself, because there's always a good feeling at the end of it this will also help me while staffing, for example I could set my self a goal like "Ban 10 cheaters in the space of a hour" This will make me look even harder than any staff does because I have to reach the goal, not only will this get me something to do but it will benefit the server Benefits The benefits the server/player base will receive if I get the staffing role. I do think this application is nice, however, I have never seen you before. Your application is quite long too which I personally am not a fan of, I feel like it should be simple and straight to the point. It is also quite clear that you do not play the server because one you stated you dont play and two you mention banning cheaters but this server allows hacks on it. I think you should spend more time on the server and get to know the community. Right now I have to go with no support. Good Luck
The first thing I noticed is grammar, be sure to always re-read. Cheating is allowed on Minetime... You will not be enforcing cheaters. Clearly, you have not spent much time on Minetime if you don't know we allow hacked clients. I would recommend getting to know the community on the forums and in-game before considering applying for a staff position. Other than that, thumbs up. Goodluck.
