Introduction Hello, my name is Daniel but call me lost. I'm a Builder here on Minetime and I want to take a shot at making staff here on Minetime. I don't want to ramble on for too long, so with that, welcome to my Helper application for Minetime! In-game Name My current in-game name is losttt. However, I've previously been known by a selection of names. You can find them here. Timezone I am in the UTC+08+00 Perth time-zone, a.k.a Western Australia Standard Time. Location I live in Perth. Perth is the capital of the Australia state, Western Australia. What languages do you speak? I am fluent in Portuguese and English and I am learning Mandarin and French at school. Accessibility to 2FA I do have 2FA enabled. Capturing Evidence I do have the required programs to effectively catch rule breakers. To record, I use the Apple application QuickTime Player and I can upload it to youtube. For screenshots, I use both the built-in Apple program and the Minecraft screen capturing function. Subsequently I upload the images to Imgur and then I can post them here on the forums. Activity I can usually be on the server and the forums for 1-2 hours on any week day and be on the discord for a bit longer than that. On the weekends, I can be on for at minimum 4 hours on forums, server and discord. However, I might not be able to get on at certain times as I might have something that is not scheduled on. Minetime History I can't really give an accurate number. I played Minetime a bit a long time ago then I left to come back again where I played for a while longer and after that I walked into a hole of inactivity where I only got on sometimes. Not that long ago I came back to being the most active I could be. Yes I haven't been on Minetime for as long as some of the "og's" but I feel like the time I have been here I've created that relationship to the server and regardless of the time on here I am here now which is what I think matters. Punishment History I've never been banned here on MT. I have been banned before on other servers for multiple reasons but I'd rather keep to the topic of Minetime. Staff History I have experience as a staff member on multiple servers. At the beginning, I was a moderator on a server with 5+ people which focused on Skywars and Skyblock. Then I was a moderator on Minetime's sister server, Mineverse for roughly 3 months. Subsequently, I was administrator on a server with 10+ players which was Prison, Skyblock and Survival. Recently I was administrator on a 10+ player server with prison and survival. Why do you think you should become a helper? I think that I should become helper here on Minetime for a couple of reasons. For example, I know how both Minecraft and Minetime work and I am always willing to help people out with what they need. But there isn't much I can say for why I want to become Helper for the only reason is I simply want to help Minetime thrive. Some of the following characteristics I found best describe me and why I should be Helper here on Minetime. Determination I will never give up any time. I will always give every challenge 110% effort and I will tackle it with determination to succeed. I take a more optimistic approach to how I should live life and take on challenges and through this perspective I've developed the skill to keep going which I believe is fundamental for a staff to have. Helpfullness & Kindness I'm always willing to help everyone be able to achieve their own personal goals and help them if they have any questions or concerns at all. Whenever someone needs help, I'll go to them and aid them regardless of if I know exactly what they need. Respectful Everyone has their own opinions, ideas and thoughts and I understand that you must always be respectful of them for that. I'd never disrespect someone with the intent of hurting them and I'll definitely not attack ones concerns or virtues. Trustworthy I find myself a person that can be trusted. I will stay on track to do what's right and I'll keep to my word at all times. I'll never go out of my way to lie to someone or betray them. Not Biased Regardless of if my best friend has broken a rule, I'll not favour them in any way. With my previous experience as staff I've had to ban some of my friends before, but I understand that it is necessary to not be biased if you are to become a staff member on not just Minetime but any server. Mature I find myself quite mature for my age and this is something I'm proud of. Sometimes I mess around a bit for some fun but I'll still remain inside of my limitations. However, when it comes to the staffing I'll be the mature me and not the wee-bit crazy one. Resilient I completely understand that with being staff there might be a bit of hate, but I will pull through regardless. I've experienced the staff hate before and like you do in any situation I've developed ways for me to cope with it and it doesn't get to me so I can continue with my staff duties like I would normally do. Legend has it Kenny G is still high As for the application, I have seen so many over the years, but nothing quite like yours. Excellent use of colors, but in my opinion I think the musical note images are excessive, random, and rather pointless. I can understand however you using them to try and stand out and give a nice touch to the article, and I can get behind that. Also, very well structured! Unfortunately I am not in a place to give support or lack there of, since I do not know you or even play anymore. Good luck and well done!
Okay In your application and in the comments there's a few grammatical errors: I also believe that where enthusiasm is important, putting exclamation points after every sentence isn't really necessary (I do understand that quite a lot of them are because you are showing appreciation and thanking people, but I think that there's too many) Your application doesn't use the template given by Cypriot. (See here) Additionally, I don't think that the pictures of musical notes are relevant to your application, and if they somehow have a connection, they're almost annoying. Overall your application isn't bad, but considering everything, I believe there are applicants much more deserving of helper than you right now. (See here and here)
