I understand the kits must be EULA compliant, but I have an idea for how we can get the kits. make the kits, but for all people to have. Under one condition
Ant that is, the delay time for the kits will be longer for the people who arent higher ranks, ie
Default Delay on donator kits: 2 weeks
Premium on donator kits except premium: the delay for premium will be 1 day, enhanced plus kits for people that have premium will have a delay of 1 week 6 days
timeless delay for all kits should be 1 day
admin delay for all kits should be 1 day except the kit for timeless should be 2-3 days for admin
and so on and so forth.

I understand that when a person donates you shouldnt give something in return, but i was thinking, why not get kits for everyone but
the delay time will be longer for the lower the ranks are

If there will be kits added, we will be put in the EULA blacklist; which ain't good. :p

That isn't what he was saying...
There are many ways to implement kits that are EULA compliant.

Despite this fact, Tyler has no file access, and Cypriot/Noobcrew do not trust him enough to give it to him, when he is really the only one who does things and cares for this server. Implementing EULA compliant kits would be time consuming without Tyler or someone reliable having file access, as most changes to a server (such as PEX or plugin implementations) require it. Without it, there is really nothing that can be done for a while tbh.

Noobcrew is the one that doesn't want to give Tyler file access. I think Cyp is fine with it.
