That isn't what he was saying... There are many ways to implement kits that are EULA compliant. Despite this fact, Tyler has no file access, and Cypriot/Noobcrew do not trust him enough to give it to him, when he is really the only one who does things and cares for this server. Implementing EULA compliant kits would be time consuming without Tyler or someone reliable having file access, as most changes to a server (such as PEX or plugin implementations) require it. Without it, there is really nothing that can be done for a while tbh.
