They are currently worth 9.1 billion... On the first week, United States alone they got 1billion from the in game purchases..
they're making millions of dollars because millions of people are playing. no.. billions of people are playing i think! And the servers are crashing because billions of people are playing the game.... alll trying to download it and play it at the same time so... ye.
Also it is kind of disappointing when the game crashes.. most of the time just because of lag but I never heard about it being hacked. That's kind of crazy. But the moments where the game does work are those amazing moments.. I like this game because it has it's pros and cons. But the good things about it always make up for the worse parts. Like the fact that pokemone go has lead to me and my father (who I don't get along with well) and my brother really bonding well! But then there's the bad parts... like how my I accidentally got my mom obsessed and now she sometimes forces me to play pokemon go at midnight... And then there is the really bad parts. I've heard SO many stories about people who have been injured or killed while playing the game and one where someone just witnessed a murder while going to a pokestop.. Pretty terrifying! Um.. *reads over everything I just wrote* I just wrote a whole paragraph... Oh gosh. I'm sorry. I've probably bored you all when you started reading this. Oh no. AHHH *flees*
Saying billions implies at least 2 billion, so let's put the human population at a clean 7 billion. You're saying that two sevenths of the world is playing this game.
