If you mean you cannot get into factions then it may be offline temporarily. If you need help learning about factions I can teach you. Do /help and /help 2 and so on and learn the commands then do /f help and /f help 2 and so on. You can also ask to join a faction which is a group of people and they invite you and you join by doing /f join FactionName or you can create your own by doing /f create FactionName. Then you will need to go to /warp wild. Find a place away from other players and do /f claim. Then make a base by getting resources from /warp shop to make your base. When will the 2and helper app be up? Mine got deleted for playing too long, I have been playing since it was lost islands.
There might be one when minetime grows larger and needs more staff but I doubt this will happen for quite a while. (Not likely this year)
