Hey guys, I didn't really think this would be how Minetime came to an end, but hey, it was a good time.

This is pretty much just going to be my story on Minetime and how I got to where I am. Nothing professional, just a fun read.

So, back in 2013, I was more of a "console gamer" than a PC gamer. I met many friends online back then, one of which shown me Minecraft. At first, I didn't really have a whole lot of interest in Minecraft and didn't really see myself getting into it, so I kind of just ignored it. But then about a week later, my friend, KersasGamertag, created me a Minecraft account, previously know as NuggetsGamertag, but now Nuggets, the account you guys all know. I still didn't really care to play, so I continued to play my other games.

But then, around July 2013, my father passed away, which was quite unfortunate. Because of my father passing, I was, quite literally, a wreck. I ended up sticking to myself for a few months and just disconnecting myself from the rest of the world. In these few months, I decided to check Minecraft out. I started off on a random server previously known as lava-craft. A few days later, Kersa introduced me to Minetime (around August 2013). I immediately fell in love with the competitive aspect of the Prison server, which, unfortunately, lead to me doing some fairly stupid things; but I will get to that later in this post.

About a week in of playing Prison, I made a few friends, one of which being osamaOG, which is a user many of you may recognize. OsamaOG introduced me to modified clients, the server in general, how to brew potions, how anvils/enchanting worked, etc. pretty much just Minecraft in general. After a few days of Kersa and I learning the ropes to Prison, we got raided, which lead to a lot of arguments between Kersa and I. In the end, Kersa ended up hating me, and to this very day, still hates me. lol xD

Later on in my Prison journeys, I met a user named xximoneyshots. This user ranked me up from freeman to legend (thanks homie). This player was also good friends with Drake (@Drake Hubbard), which was an administrator at the time. After a little bit of time had gone by, I ended up getting introduced to Drake. (This next part gets a little confusing) When I was introduced to Drake, I didn't know who he was. Drake was playing on an alternate account at the time, so I just thought he was another regular player. I ended up finding out who he was, but I didn't really care at the time.

After I finally figured out who Drake was, I ended up getting in contact with Collin, which spiraled into what we have today. End of story. jkjk

Now that I have finally learned the ropes to the server, I was starting to enjoy it even more, but I become a lot more competitive. I ended up trash-talking nearly anyone I saw, for a long period of time I would hit other users offline (soz guys), etc. I ended up becoming just the worst type of player anyone would want on a server. At one point, I even sent @Drowninpizza her own IP on the game server, yet I still managed to not get banned.

So at this point, I was literally known for DDoSing. I would get on the Prison server to players spamming the chat with "NuggetsGamertag is online, leave the pvp arena if you want to stay online." Great reputation, amiright?

So a few months later, I ended up becoming friends with an old moderator named Juanchogar. This moderator was very corrupt. He would allow me, along with a lot of other users, to use his Minecraft account, which lead to protection 10 and batons spreading through the Prison server (sorry collin lmao). But anyway, a few months later, I ended up telling @Collin about the whole thing regarding Juan's account, which lead to him getting demoted. I was pretty much just ratting out literally everything Juan said to Collin.

I would so not last long in prison

So after this, I ended up getting a little closer to Collin. Now that Collin and I are friends, I wanted to advance in Minetime, so I tried for the build team. I went on YouTube, went to a video with next to no view, downloaded the map, put it on a local server, gave Collin the IP, said I built it, got builder (I don't think I've ever even told Collin about this, so this is even news to him. lol soz fam). After I was in the build team, the team ended up nagging to me that I needed to build, but little did everyone know, I couldn't build. So this was starting to become an issue within the build team, so I ended up talking to Collin if I could just have a custom prefix, which is when I got the [Zeus] prefix.

After I had the zeus prefix, I was already bored of it like a month after getting it, so I tried to get helper. Eventually, in about April, 2015, I got helper. About a week after getting helper, I was promoted to moderator. About a month after being a moderator, I was promoted to administrator, which was really exciting at the time. When I was promoted to administrator, Emily left a little after my promotion (not related). After Emily had left, I ended up taking over email support, which lead to a bit of conflict between Jess and I (we are fine now, I hope xD). But yeah, here I am.

I would like to give a huge thanks to a few special people

@Collin - Collin, I don't know where I would be in life if I never stumbled across Minetime, this has truly been life changing. I have matured so much in just the 3 years of working alongside you. I will never be able to thank you enough for this. You are a great person, and I wish nothing but the best for you! I am sure we will keep in contact.

@Kyleep - Kyle, we have never had a serious conversation together, so this is kind of awkward. I would like to thank you for all of the great, fun times we have had together.

@Kyle - Woodman, I have literally known you from the beginning. We have had some of the greatest times together in our time on here. I am positive we will keep in contact, but there is noway I could not mention you, homie. xD

@AgentScreem - Sheldon, although our relationship is nowhere near over, considering we plan to move to LA with each other, I just had to mention you. Thanks for being so supportive over the time we have known each other, you have definitely changed my life for the positive.

@Drake Hubbard - Although you probably will never read this, I would still like to express my thanks for everything you have done in the beginning for me. If it wasn't for you, I would have most likely moved on long ago. Thanks

Although I am almost positive I have missed quite a few wonderful people, my dinner is getting cold and I am super hungry. xD

To all of you, players, staff, trolls, griefers, ddosers, sex club owners, if we shared any interaction at all, it was that interaction between you and I that kept me here. Minetime may be coming to an end, but as long as our great memories are still alive, it was all worth it.

After I was in the build team, the team ended up nagging to me that I needed to build, but little did everyone know, I couldn't build. So this was starting to become an issue within the build team, so I ended up talking to Collin if I could just have a custom prefix, which is when I got the [Zeus] prefix.

After I had the zeus prefix, I was already bored of it like a month after getting it, so I tried to get helper. Eventually, in about April, 2015, I got helper. When I was promoted to administrator, Emily left a little after my promotion (not related). After Emily had left, I ended up taking over email support, which lead to a bit of conflict between Jess and I (we are fine now, I hope xD). But yeah, here I am.

@Collin - Collin, I don't know where I would be in life if I never stumbled across Minetime, this has truly been life changing. I have matured so much in just the 3 years of working alongside you. I will never be able to thank you enough for this. You are a great person, and I wish nothing but the best for you! I am sure we will keep in contact.

@Kyleep - Kyle, we have never had a serious conversation together, so this is kind of awkward. I would like to thank you for all of the great, fun times we have had together.

@Kyle - Woodman, I have literally known you from the beginning. We have had some of the greatest times together in our time on here. I am positive we will keep in contact, but there is noway I could not mention you, homie. xD

Wow its really nice and intresting to know your story on minetime I always wondered and i didnt relise your I didn't realise it was so suffisticated I thought it was more simple. It all happened so fast, your promotions . Sounds like you were a huge rebel, thank you for what you've given to the server!!

Ah @Tyler. I feel obligated to make some long essay now (although you didn't mention me????????? :/). Either way, I know what's really good xD (namsayin).

I barely know where to begin. I barely remember where we began. You reached out for help with the factions reset, and after that we began talking more and more. After that it was just my constant attempt at this overwhelming desire of mine to become staff at one point, which you had fulfilled, despite the hatred that came from it. Can't even thank you just enough for that. Then it moved from the factions reset to almost a daily Skype call like now-a-days, where we sit there and do the dumbest of things. We've come so much closer together now, and will continue to in the future. Thanks to you for everything you have done, you helped make Minetime such a greater success. Thanks to you as well for all the fun moments we got to share personally, although these will continue, still can't believe these fun moments are over. Until the next toxic Skype call <3
