So this Reset i am sure you are aware of me making a Buycraft For my faction. So i could sell some stuff off to players that need it and get something in return. http://unitystoremt.buycraft.net/ But People have been taking advantage of this... For example @iBigPapi Has made his own Buycraft - http://dolostoremt.buycraft.net/ I know he may have the same idea as me but the thing that really gets on my nerves is when people copy other peoples idea's and especially on how to make in real life money for in game items. IBigPapi and a whole bunch of people have took this way to far like saying "M3xicanfury Scams!!!" when that is clearly not true, I have T&C's on my website so people are warned when they buy a package that they can't refund etc.. 1 more thing that has really annoyed me is IBigPapi and his Prices trying to get more customers... I am sorry for bragging about this (it must be annoying for you) but its true, every time i add something to my buycraft he has to copy me. Im sorry but thats something that i just can't accept... i mean why cant he just make his own? is he jealous? who knows? So i am just Warning staff about this now before it gets out of hand. I know people want to do what I did this reset to make a Buycraft, and thats okay but just please tell them not to copy me and try to compete against me... I did this so it would Help the community not a competition to whoever can reach 200$ the fastest... IBigPapi just wants to compete against me and wants everyone to go to his shop because his prices and items are the same and 15% lower.. I couldn't really care if his prices are lower its just the fact that he's copying my every move to get more customers. Can he not do it his own way or something? You're terms and conditions are invalid. As Buycraft is hosted and based in England, a no refunds policy is illegal. There is a consumer protection law that says that consumers are entitled to a 30 day refund. I am referring to the Consumer Rights Act which was passed in Sept./Oct. of 2015. This also applies to digital content(which is applicable here). You're prices are trash and you prey on kids who don't have their own money but have access to their parents credit card. And as to pretty much the whole community, this should in no way be allowed. You are using Minetime's services to advertise your service and benefit financially. Also it is openly known that staff will ban for using Minetime as a market to sell things.
Welcome to marketing. We are not going to punish players for "stealing" your idea. This whole thing doesn't sit well with staff, and if it starts causing issues, we will put an end to it.
