Greifing is not allowed at all on survival, creative or skyblock Save up your claim blocks, Find a secure area and claim the entire thing. Don't build within the limits of your claim or your outside area could be easily Greifed which makes your place look a little bad. If this person lays down obsidian or lava just nicely ask an admin to remove it for you.
If I were you I'd claim around the edge of your house too. so then people can't place dirt on your walls. Also moving really far from the spawn helps.
Admins/staff are busy dealing with many other things, and can't always be there, just try remember to claim a large area, and maybe far out, to stop griefers...
Just try to ask the nicer ones; there are those who would grief your home even more. Anyway the above pictures does not show enough evidence to support your griefing claim. Try screen shotting him breaking a block.
No offense, but your pictures do not definitively prove that he is griefing, try to screenshot while he is placing or breaking blocks. Also, as others have said, the best place to report a player is in the "player reports" section of the forum, not in the server discussions, so when you get enough evidence to prove your claim consider posting it there to improve the chances that staff will receive your report and take the proper actions. Your picture's are how should a say this terrible no offence but its just a picture of him standing on grass in a snow biome there are no picture's of him Greifing so no action will be taken due to lack of evidence. If he continues to greif i suggest you Claim you land with a golden shovel.
