I have noticed the value of items has decreased tremendously and I am wondering if it is time for another reset. One item that has lost a lot of its value would be Diamonds as the average price 50 days ago was around $5-6, now it is $3-4. A couple months ago, I had proposed a price range system be implemented; maybe a reset with the system would help the Skyblock economy and prevent extreme deflation.

A reset would fix the issue for a short period of time but eventually the same thing will happen with the next reset. There isn't much point tbh.

The devaluation is happening because donors use their /kit <rank> everyday which gives them diamonds depending on what rank you have. So now their is a large percentage of people with a lot of diamonds, and people want to sell as many as they can. So they drop the prices lower and lower competing for the lowest price. Personally, when someone sells diamonds under 4$ I snatch them up and sell them to shops that pay 4$ for the diamonds to be sold back :p.

Hey Sea :). I dont think a reset is necessary if demand for diamonds is low. They've always been common since Klodghriz. Just go with the flow lol.

As for resetting Skyblock, that's not going to happen.

    As for the Shop Prices,

That's their choice to have cheap valuables. You can sell it for 5$ or 6$ all you want, but you won't have many sales as other shops have cheaper prices. I, personally, have cheap prices on my Diamonds ($3.75 to be exact) and I have a lot of sales on my shop. Resetting the server would inflate the prices for a short period of time, then will lower to the price they are now.
