I think that the staff on minetime should take further steps to check on all players of the server. It appears that people are being very hurt by specific terms, phrases said, in chats, messages etc. People(truth or not) have committed self harm because of the hate that was received on this server. Banning an account simply doesn't solve the case anymore. People have alts, ip changes, and more stuff I myself am not do not know of. Something must be done to fix the community. Because players have steadily dropped from about 1500 per day to about 500.

Thank you. Agree with me or not. Every single one of you has seen or heard about the hate that occurs on this server to many people.

    -JNelson30

(Sorry if I rambled on about some stuff. Been a lot on my mind about none minetime related issues)

Firstly, what further steps could staff take? They monitor chat and check player reports whenever they can. Isn't that enough?

And could you prove to me that people have committed suicide? Like actual, real proof? Because it's illegal, and you can't go around using the word lightly unless you've got some evidence to back it up. And with the hate coming from chat and such... /ignore and player reports are existent, so that shouldn't be too much of a problem, at least for proactive, go-get-'em players who want to do something about the so-called "problems" the server has.

You say banning an account doesn't solve the problem, but what else can the server do? They're doing the best they can to keep Minetime safe, and alts are a surefire way around their efforts. You can't complain about that, saying it's the staffs' fault, due to laziness or inability. The fact that alts have been, are, and will be a way around bans is one that, as far as I can tell, can't be ignored, prevented, trumped, or usurped. We're just gonna have to deal with it, and hope the bad people change because of these bans, even though they can get around them through alts, and the good people stay that way.

You also say something must be done to fix the community... Well, what is it? What is this magical something that will fix all Minetime's problems and bring peace and restoration to the server universe? I'll give you the truth: there's no fix... because there's nothing broken. Sure, there's fewer people on than before, but if you want a mega-huge community, go join a different server. Because of Minetime's relatively smaller population, there's more room for relationships and community. And while I'm on this part of your complaint, let me go on another rant:

If something needs to be done, and you think you know how to do it, or, at least, what "it" is, why don't you do it yourself. Get in touch with staff and the community; be kind, helpful, and gracious; make smart, thought-out, valid, quality, improvement-mindset suggestions, instead of just being one of the hundreds of others that sit on their butts and complain all day. Do you wanna know where complaining will get you? Nowhere. Absolutely, jack-squat nowhere. Make. Dang. Suggestions. It's not that hard to do, and they will certainly help a lot more than beating up on the staff for being lazy and useless, and the players for being perverted, mean, and unfriendly. There. That's my last point.

To wrap up, suggest instead of complaining and help instead of hurting. It's easy logic. Don't be one of the faces in the crowd that goes along with what the majority of everyone else thinks. Don't be like the rest, ungrateful and prejudiced, thinking they deserve better. Stand out, not in a negative way, but in an optimistic way. Be supporting and encouraging, and maybe the server will grow to what you want it to become, and even more, into greatness.

And as always, have a great day.

They are doing everything they can, sorry they can't be on 24/7 to see if people are being disruptive.

You can't say people have committed suicide solely from the server. Other things would have taken place outside of Minetime which would have also pushed them to their limits.

The fact that there will be those malicious people who do cause harm most certainly can't be prevented. However, it can be reduced. You'll find this isn't just Minetime, every server, every game. As mentioned above, complaining won't get you anywhere. Right now I've established that there are issues with behavior, do we not already know this? Is this why we're here as helpers, moderators?

Instead of looking for a permanent fix (which you'll never find), help us reduce this. Play your part in player reports, tell people to ignore others if they're being hurt and stop complaining; as after all they're here to laugh at these threads.

I'm sure we will try our best to implement any suggestions that will cure said behavior, but the problem is finding them.

@Black_Lightning I would do it myself, if i had the commands, and still played on this server. I simply don't play minecraft anymore , for now at least. And no where did I say that the staff was lazy. All I said was that there should be steps taken to further save whats left of this community.

You say they can not just ban account or ip, then what can they ban that will fix it? What is this magical thing you have in mind? It's not like they can see real life names or anything.

There was no need for you to rant on and complain about Minetime:)
    This thread was unnecessary.

Well, he not wholly wrong, there is some pretty toxic people in the community. Problem is that there is nothing that can fix this and everywhere and every game suffers from similar things. Staff are doing as good as anyone could be expected to do, there's really nothing to do about this.

What commands could you possibly use? Simple strings of characters typed in Minecraft's chat/command entry box aren't able to block a person as a whole, only that certain Minecraft account. If you can actually give the commands to do this, maybe this discussion will actually mean something.

What you guys are failing to comprehend is that in no way shape of form am I saying the staff is doing a bad job. Minetime has been cleaned of a lot of ddosers, and of the children who don't understand respect. I'm pointing out the 5% who keep coming back on alts, who constantly are hated on by the good portion of the community because they are so annoying. I'm saying that we need a way to somehow keep them off the server. I didn't quite make my point clear when I began this thread.

To answer your next question, no I myself do not know of a way to remove them, but there are a lot of other people who may. Sorry for the miscommunications.

Minetime has a medium-sized community with small-sized staff team. Not much can be done with that. The fact that you're making a thread to complain is actually ironic because you're slowing the staff down by having to read this.

As an addon to what @xBMAN said, not just Minetime, but every server has problems with alternative accounts of negative players. You can ban an IP, you can ban an account, but you can't ban someone completely from a server. Make player reports to help limit the problem.

You're actually a hypocritical when it comes to this thread. I have seen the bullying, the disrespect, and the profanity you have used against other players. You're one of the problems, and making this thread doesn't help at all.
