    I think it's worth $17,500 to $22,500.

    I think 17,5K to 22,5K is a long shot. A guess more accurate would be about 5K-7,5K (mainly for all the grass). The thing that really can make a price spike is having things on your island that are hard to build, such as really good looking buildings, or very well done terraforming. Just collecting grass and placing it on a (almost) flat surface isn't really worth much, apart from the grass price itself.

    Like i said, I will be adding stuff very soon, i'm just currently adding grass and then i'll get into bigger stuff.

    On an aesthetic level, this island isn't worth more than $100. I'd say it could be worth upto a max of 4-5k, only because of the grass.

    Yeah yeah I know it looks crap at the moment lol but i'm slowly building it up, its just that i'm pretty busy atm.
    I will most likely remove about 60% of the grass and change the ground a bit (small rivers, mountains etc..).

    It might take awhile to get all the grass. Grass is in high demand at the moment due to many biome builds. I'm one of the many consumers needing grass as well so any grass will always be appreciated. :)
