not really that rare, most timeless would give it out (if it is that axe)

 

It's not really rare, if you consider it. Timeless can use /kit Tempest, delete the enchantments, then Enchant with an enchanting table.

 

Try putting 2 of the axes in your inventory craft section, It removes the enchants

Sad to say but I don't think anyone's going to buy it, and if they do, it'll probably be for less than a million.

I have that axe, never use it I know how rare it is, but don't u think a wood sword is more rare... xD

 

That axe is actually pretty easy to get, you just have to get a two tempest's axes put it in the crafting section of your inventory and then it makes a non-enchanted axe then you enchant it again.
