How to play Prison (for those of you that don't know)

Prison is one of my favourite servers on Minetime. It's fun (in my opinion), and gives you a nice introduction to Factions if you haven't played it before.

So, you start off as a D-Prisoner. This is your rank, so you need to earn money to improve your rank. Start off at /warp D-mine, and mine those ores! Now, once you have a decent amount of ores, you're going to need to earn money by selling them at /warp shop. It may take a while for you to get familiar with the shop prices, and find the signs you need to sell your ores, but keep mining! Is the process going too slow for you? Then do /vote. Vote on both websites and it will give you 30,000. 20k to go until C-Prisoner! I recommend that the first level 30 enchantment you do is on a pickaxe, as this will help you greatly with mining, especially if it's fortune or efficiency. Are you in need of wood? Then go to /warp D-treefarm and get some. Don't enchant armor until you have a good amount of knowledge on where the PvP zones are, and have a decent weapon. If you decided to go and have a bit of fun with PvP though, then do /kit starter for a set of leather armor, some food, a pickaxe and an axe. When you have 50,000 dollars, (check by doing /bal or /money), you need to rankup. To do that, go to /warp rankup and click on the C-Prisoner sign. Congratulations! You have become a C-Prisoner!

Now, you need to go to /warp C-mine. This is an improvment from the D-mine. Take note that to rankup to B-Prisoner you have to pay 100,000. But don't worry, you can vote every day and with the C-mine it is a lot easier to earn money! After about an hour or two of mining, you should be able to rankup to B-prisoner. Great job! Every time you rankup, there will be a new mine with better stuff in it. So B-Prisoners, go to /warp B-mine. A-prisoners, go to /warp A-mine. Take note that there are no mines for Freeman+.

After a while, you will have become a Freeman. Congratulations! Go to the freeworld by typing /spawn. Walk forwards and you will see an emerald block portal to your right. Enter this portal. Now you get to roam the freewold and have fun with factions! Either join a faction or create one by doing /f create. Does your friend want to join your faction? Then invite him/her by doing /f invite (PlayerName). You can then let that player become a faction moderator. To do so, type /f mod (PlayerName). This allows them to do /f claim, /f invite, and /f title (name) (title). Now you need to build a base. Do so while the freeworld still has space! Now you need to claim your base so it does not get raided easily. I recomment putting "safety claims" around your base so it's harder to TNT. If you want to make your base the "f home," then do /f sethome. Whenever a faction member does /f home now, it will take them to your base. /f owner is a command that you can use when a faction member wants their chests to be private. Doing this command means nobody except for the faction moderators and owner can access their stuff. Recruit more members, and get allies (/f ally). But watch out! As your faction gets stronger, you will also get enemies (/f enemy). The best way to get money is netherwart farming. Go to the shop and purchase some netherwart and soulsand. This stuff is really pricey, so get a good amount of money before buying. Some people have huge farms that get about 10mill per harvest, so farming is very efficient.

Once you get Citizen, you have access to the End. Make sure you don't get knocked off by an angry enderman or wander into the void! More people are freeman than citizen, so that could make your base safer. Except most of the overpowered people are citizen+ so watch out for that. Getting the rank Citizen also allows you to do an extremely useful command, /tpa (PlayerName). This is very useful for raiding, or if your faction members need a base claimed. Note that Veteran and Legend ranks are just for show, but the Legend nametag looks cool (unless you hate pink and blue).
