I don't believe that people would remain silent and non-protesting if the factions server reset your money and claims every time you logged out and two weeks is a long time to get not a single word from Collin/Emily. For the people who were playing on Infection solely, this has made the server unplayable and I don't think that it is unreasonable for people to ask what, why and when *whilst* there is no concrete, genuine and verifiable information to be had...
I highly agree with this, unfortunately the staff seem to be very busy at this time. The main problem is that no one knows why zombie infection is acting this way. Hopefully @drtshock can fix it :3

Unfortunately after the misinformation spread about the Factions reset and Collin telling people to really verify information, it is sort of dependent on Collin making people aware. Surely after 2 weeks with no result as to what or why, a fresh install is possibly an option? Even if it took time to reconfigure and add users, it has already been two weeks so what is there to lose aside from some more time? It is all good to say 'we don't know why' but what is happening to resolve it or will it just wait until a miracle answer appears?
