Please do not tag staff members especially Collin and Emily in the future. You can open a support ticket regarding this matter by clicking here. Send it to the billing department and provide proof of the purchase (transaction ID) and explain what servers you didn't receive your rank on. You can also do the following by e-mailing Emily: [email protected] along with the transaction ID.
I've had this problem before. If you have admin on other servers just tell Emily. If it's not working on any servers then provide proof of purchase and create a billing support support ticket
