I bought Premium Empire yesterday. does not work. I keep recreating it, but if the plugins work, I can not join, if I can join, I cant use plugins! PLEASE HELP!
Now I can not join MineTime. Please fix this or I will report this to get my money back. I LOVE EMPIRES! BUT I CAN NOT JOIN!
Shhh, calm down, Empires has had been having issues with buying plugins and them not working. Just calm down and wait patiently until someone can help you. Place a support ticket in and someone can help. Otherwise, just dont go onto empires, because it's a pointless server where it has so many bugs and issues with buying things for it, that there is so many people getting disappointed with it, just don't go there. I'm sorry you spent money on it. But if you feel the need to get your money back. Go ahead.
Adding onto what @militia81 said, Chargebacking (attempting to get your money back) will result in you being banned from Minetime and all of its services (including forums). I strongly recommend you don't try this. I'm not sure on the situation, but I think you'll get refunded by opening a support ticket here. Use proper grammar and be nice. Be sure to include proof of purchase (i.e. the transaction ID). Also, please don't post multiple threads explaining how you can't join Empires or it's not working. Quite a few people have already told you it's in Beta, and bugs should be expected. Have a good day!
Empires is currently being worked on to get it back to a nice, healthy state. Chargebacks are NOT recommend, for the reasons stated by @ido_pieguy. Please bear with us while we work on it.
Now if you are willing to do a charge back which is highly not recommended, you will be permanently banned from all Minetimes services.. I do not recall on how to charge back, so please email Emily and tell her your situation. Email: [email protected]
Like we said, if you email her, you MIGHT get your money back. But if you chargeback, you WILL get your money, but you will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from the Minetime server and the forums.
