First of all, can you please clear this up a little bit (no offense). Second of all, can you provide reasonable proof that you had those items in your chest. Such as a recording, or a screenshot.
The problem is the staff can't. I could say that I have 1000 alt accounts filled up with P4, would that mean they have to give me that? No. You must provide sufficient evidence if you wish to have the staff do something.
I can not be certain that you actually lost anything, but either way, staff do not give out in-game items that were lost by players.
