Infection.... Please fix the levels

    I started since the beggining of summer 2013, got up to prestige 7, now im all the way back to RCT..... why... just why.... I am heart broken... ;( if you can fix this staff, I will do anything for you.... anything

    Prestige 7 is correct, and i was level 60, I believe

    I lost my prestige 3 level 83 too. Really hoping this can be fixed!

    Plus, even if you level up now (if it were a reset), you still lose all your levels when you relog.

    There has already been many posts about this. The staff know and are probably working very hard to fix this. I'm also sorry to say that your levels will most likely not be refunded. :(
