I was told that I cannot get a rank transfer by kyleep. I am wondering if this is true. I know that Emily (MinetimeSupport) told me I am able to aswell. And so I am just wanting to confirm this. Also, when I get my new account, I will get the Timeless rank transfer. <--Which will be soon.
No need to make your "dispute" with Kyleep public, though it clearly was on the server. Just privately contact the appropriate staff members and don't listen to Kyleep if you are told otherwise. He isn't an official staff member, just keep that in mind. But I do know that getting a Rank Transfer has a slim chance of actually happening. So whatever happens, good luck.
Well I was told by Emily. Pretty sure Emily is staff. (Administrator) Anyways. I hope this will get transferred when my new account is created. If not, it was a waste of $200.
Honestly, you do complain a lot. I'd suggest not to talk about this subject until you actually purchase the new account and transfer the rank. Whenever you bring this up, it starts arguments for some unknown reason.
It is possible for this to happen but you must provide SOLID proof that you are the owner of both accounts. Eg. Transaction ID's etc..
Already posted that... I made a support ticket and posted SOLID proof of my purchase. Anyways, thanks for your help.
Emily knows best. If Emily says she can do the transfer for you, she will, no matter what any other player says.
