Another shop hack?

    So I just got on skyblock for the first time today, and everyone is freaking out about some 'shop sign hack' that apparently people can change the prices on your signs to make it cheaper?
    I got told to close down my shop (worked too hard for that.) so is this like a massive hoax, or is this real? I'm kind of annoyed here.

    Idk if this is to get attention, and just close all shops for fun so you have to do alot to set it up back again.

    Literally everyone on the server is freaking out, and 3 are claiming to have lost 900$+ because of that (people I deeply trust). I'd just like an explanation.

    This would not be possible as the information about the shop is on the server, not the client.

    I think this entire ordeal was blown way out of proportion and it is not that major of an issue. I have a shop and nothing has happened.
