Survival? you mean creative.

survival is basically multiplayer survival with add-ons

 

It's your choice not to use creative mode. Admin and Timeless get creative mode, but if you want to play survival then go ahead and stay in survival. If you need more explanation please PM me and I'd be happy to help.

 

Survival on Minetime is more to the point of building. Instead of "surviving", you build. Hence the name "Survival Build". I personally think it was made this way for the more inspiring builders, and the ones who like the "survival" aspect. All the DP's and custom items are fun to collect. So yes, you could count it as a creative/survival server, but for me it just adds that little bit of adventure to it.

 

I agree that people shouldn't get creative. Its too OP.

I would have enjoyed an actual survival server. There is already a creative server for those who like to build... You have the choice not to use the perks of the ranks, but what is the point of doing so when you're the only one doing it... Plus, mobs aren't spawning in the world, which makes it less survival. You start off with diamond armor and tools... It's like you're already done as soon as you start playing...I enjoy playing on there, but I just wish it was more survival.

 

I would be to tempted to use the perks.

 

With an actual survival server, resources would run out very fast. Giving admins gamemode1 balances it out.

 

Cause it gives Admins+ like me the advantage of scamming tonnes of rare items, how else would I have 1.6 mil? xD

 

You should do a drop of all the rare items to make the economy go down

Imagine if Survival's Emerald block was like Skyblock's Cobblestone block...

 

Most admins I see only use it for their shops so they get unlimited resources

I disagree, Admin and Timeless ranks have donated $105 or $250 they should have creative.

 

Then, what is the point in trying to 'survive' if you have literally everything you need already.
Edit: Also, admins/timeless always organise mega drop parties. They are the ones that have the most money because they use their creative mode to restock their shops, while people with CEO and lower have to work for it. I think it is very unfair.
