there should be a 1v1 arena

    And only two people can be in it at a time. Or multiple ones.
    Sometimes you just want two 1v1 your bud but other people keep getting in the way.

    You could make one for you and your buddy or/and do it privately.

    Yes. You could make one for you and your so called "buddy" that you 1v1 rather than asking the staff. You could do it away near your base or something where others won't interfere. "Make one" is pretty clear and self explanatory so I see no need of questioning it.

    The OP PvP map has many different enclosed areas for 1v1 and such. Enough so that you could have a 1v1 in at least one of them without a huge possibility of interuptions.
