    If he was banned, he was banned for a reason. But you may also be correct.

    Well, if he hasn't done anything wrong in the past 4 months. Its probably a glitch.

    Sometimes, when right when you join and it's loading your info, it mistakenly will think you're banned for a split second. Trying to log on again should fix this issue.
