    I have been banned from skyblock and I am admin and I don't know why I was banned after it said skyblock is resetting and I have also bought mobs galore plz unban me my username is carlton1

    1. This should be under Help from staff.
    2. There's a glitch that bans you for some reason.
    3. Mobs galore has seemed to stop working ever since we lost our ranks that one day.
    4. Relog, see if your still banned.
    5. If you are, email Emily. She might take awhile to respond though. Make sure to tell her about Mobs galore to.
    6. If you were greifing or spamming continuously, you may have been permanently banned. But if you were suddenly banned for no reason, its the glitch.
    7. If you were banned for greifing, spamming, etc. Again, email Emily for your ban appeal, make sure to use good grammar and explain the situation clearly.
    8. If she doesn't respond in 2 weeks, your banned forever for breaking the rules.
