when i went on to prison i was d-prisoner and i ranked up to citizen and i said some thing in chat and i just bought enhanced and i am enhanced on every other server but prison am i going to get my donation rank or not
Im really mad.. I just went on my i got back to D-RANk... I had to spend 1 mill to get back to Freeman Rank. Now i have 40K.. Everyone is upset and also some of the players that bought the classes like (MVP, VIP, and so on) has now lost it... As a player for Minetime, I hope I would have fun playing but now I need to address this on this site...
Just like xBMAN88 said, the staff are aware of this issue and if you do a refund your account will be permanently banned.
You can try to get a refund, that will not happen. If you try to chargeback, you still won't get your money.
it's because I been a long time player with this server... Am i sorry im being harsh, it's just because some players played for a long time and the time they took to get this far is just a wastes.
I have been freeman for a long time and just today I got back down to d-rank.. I used my money AGain to get bacl to Freeman ranK( money gone to waste)
