It's funny dael, cause when you were a staff member you almost always made really long informative mature messages. Now that you have retired you sound so much more relaxed & fun.
I'm guessing he means less formal, you can have a laugh. However, just because you're a staff member doesn't mean you can't have "fun", just that you need to dedicate some of your time to help the future of Minetime. Even the president at some point has to have his fair share of "fun".

Dael, I meant that when you were a cool, totally boss tank of a staff, you were so dang formal with everything! Now that you are retired I have seen that it's a lot easier for the forum members to just have a laugh with you.
