Why Hack?

Hacking is allowed unless it harms the server.

 

He knows, he is asking why.

 

Hacks are allowed because everyone can download them, and people would still hack anyway.

 

Hacking is allowed for multiple reasons:
1. Anyone can download them
2. It will take hours and hours to ban every reported hacker so it's just a waste of time
3. They're fun
4. They are what got the server popular, hacking is how mine time is what it is today so if you don't like it, I suggest you leave but if you can live, either deal with the hackers or do it yourself, download some hacks and try them out. They're free (mostly) and they are fun, trust me!e

 

5. Every person who dies usually calls their killer a hacker anyways so it would be a pain to investigate all the reports. (similar to 2, but with added reason)
6. People will do it anyways, but some wouldn't get caught. So it's more even to just allow it.

Another reason none of you guys mentioned was that the staff hack too, so it would be unfair if the staff were allowed to do it but not the players.

I heard that hacks are aloud cause @CollinPotato hacks apparently. O.O

 

One of two things happened. Either the island had changed ownership and this caused the protection to glitch, or you added the player to the island. No hacking was required in either way and there is no such thing as some magical hack that allows people to grief protected land.
