survival was normal *crashing.. people cussing..* but then survival had a regular restart and survival is down! and its been down for quite some time! what are the staff doing?
I agree. I mean its not REALLY survival.. when U join U can't get wood,mine,build,craft,place U can't do ANYTHING and everything is claimed when U JOIN that happens after playing for a bit then U can but I think people quit it because if they're non donors then. they can't use speed or anything like that
You simply need to walk out of the spawn a great distance. Everything within a few hundred blocks of the spawn is protected by Collin so people can't mess with the spawn. Most of the area right next to the spawn is claimed by others, this is due to the large number of players on Minetime. However, if you walk far out into the wilderness there is still plenty of unclaimed land. You can also try random warps to see if they bring you near anything usable.
when U JOIN but when U play its all claimed by collin then when U leave the claims by COLLIN U get in claims by people. but U STILL have to walk a long way.. which kinda stinks BUT IN ALL what are they doing to survival? are they making 3.0? a new spawn?
As far as I am aware, there are no current plans for survival. However, I'm sure that we'll get to fixing any issues in survival as soon as we have the time.
then what R they doing. re building spawn FIRST then re creating survival? XD I just can't shake off the feeling that they're changing it
I think that the survival is fine how it is. Firstly, the survival isn't that OP. Some people have been around for quite the amount of time, and doing so is the only way to get that far. Also, people are complaining EVERYTHING is claimed. I would like to first point out that this is a complete exaggeration. Not everything is claimed, all you have to do is walk for a while. To add on to that, someone will later complain that the survival has a lot of destruction and craters around. The same goes for that, many servers like Minetime have the same situation, but if you find the patience, you can find a nice spot to live in, like me. Then, people are mad that it is not like survival. This is also not true, there are places that are still full of trees and life, as well as ores and other minerals deep underground. The whole world hasn't been looted, the only way that can ever happen is if the server has been around a really long time, and judging that this server has been around for just a year, then it would take even longer for it to occur. If there needs to be a reset, or the majority would like it to happen, it is what it is, but as far as I see it, there is no need for reset. Survival is fine the way it is.

Well it couldn't be a reset if none of the staff (so far) know about it, unless it is supposed to be a surprise. But you misunderstood my argument. People are complaining about survival right now, I was just trying to prove it isn't bad. If it is a reset, then I have no regrets.
I really want a reset. I am so tired of these land resets that they do for some reason. I just suffered one that took out an entire morning of work. Lane amedio suffered one that took out his entire village that took him a very long time. Plus the lag is unbearable I'd rather play on any other server now that they are starting to reset certain areas of land. I',m not gonna wase my time building on survival until the reset.
I have 1 complaint. How is the server called ''Survival'' if Admin and Timeless get creative? I want to do it legit. I don't really want creative. Anyone else?
I think they should have a "Survival" portal and a "Legit Survival" portal. Lol, the name sucks, but it gets to the point. In "Legit Survival" the spawn would be claimed for about 50 blocks out, and maybe it would have some plugins, but not many. Just a couple NoOPItem plugins and whatnot, maybe claiming, but I don't know. Let the staff think of it. @CollinPotato ?
I do think survival should reset because everything is claimed, and there isn't much unclaimed land around plus, a reset would be nice because it could give people a chance to sort of build new things carry out with new ideas, and have a bit more fun on the server.
