    Unfortunately, no. If you bought a kit pvp or any other one-time item purchase, email [email protected] with your IGN, and she can verify if you have one or not. If so, it will be restored. Make sure to use proper grammar and be polite! It may take up to a few days to get a response (it usually takes about 12 hours for me). Good luck! :)

    There was some kind of error with the new UUIDs. It (hopefully) won't happen again.

    I haven't spent any real money on Prison, so I will not need to contact Emily about those things fortunately.

    Im fine with the thread being locked, as my question has been answered :)

    I am not able to go into minetime server, it says 'the server you requested is currently offline?! helppppp PLEASE! and their is around 400-500 people online atm in mine time? but why only me not allowed to go to the game?! please help me.

    No. Only kit PvP in factions will be returned if you have the pay pal receipt of it.
