He wasn't really fired as much as I heard. His account got "hacked" (if you actually believe that) then he appeared to sort of rage-quit. Then again, I never made it a point to ask the little details of what happened, so I may be wrong.

Yeah, it only says that when you are at the reports screen, which usually isn't that long as you look at the report for a sec and then just click "go to content". When you go to content it no longer considers you as performing moderation duties even as you are deleting posts and issuing warnings.

That is just a minor bug, something to do with the server misreading something when you join. We are aware of this and it is nothing to worry about. This bug cannot permanently ban you.

Not specifically, but for organizations sake staff are encouraged to leave a reason for locking a thread.

Or at least have a reason apparent.
