If you are basing your judgement purely on perks and commands, then timeless isn't worth it's cost at all. You are really just Admin with a different prefix.

However, if your judgement is based on how much you love MineTime and want to support the server, then timeless is definitely worth it.

Basically it comes down to these two questions:
Are you just in it for your own benefit? (Don't get timeless)
    or
Do you want to support the best minecraft server ever? (Get timeless)

    Edit:
Though, I still would like it if they could come up with more perks for us. :)

... plus you get a fishing rod which can be used to get tripwire, lily pad, saddle, pufferfish, little nemo fish, salmon, etc.
The fishing rod can even be enchanted and is a pretty op knockback weapon.

I'm Admin, but I think the Timeless Prefix should be a bit more noticeable! That's just my opinion!

...plus, asking payment for team is big $$$ business in PvpFest.
Noobs are naturally willing to pay more to team with Commanders.
Noobs also pay Admins and lower ranks for team but when a Commander is around the noobs tend to gravitate towards the more colourful and awesome-sounding rank.

How come some people don't like us calling people "Noob"? Is it a derogatory/insulting term?
I always thought it just meant "newbie" or "beginner player."
Kindly educate me for i don't want to violate any Forum rule and have this happen again:

Noob is an offensive/insulting word. Other known as "dumb" or "un-intelligent"

Really? I always thought "noob" simply referred to a person who is new or who is inexperienced in a particular sphere or activity. For example, in PvpFest I am not a noob; but in other servers I openly admit to being a noob. And to be fair to my friends who invite me to join their factions, I tell them upfront how I am a noob in Prison or Factions.

Anyway, just in case you are right you may want educate the noobs who created these threads:

It does technically refer to someone who is new and inexperienced in a certain activity. Noob is derived from the term "newbie" which means "an inexperienced newcomer to a particular activity." If you pronounce just the first portion of newbie,"newb", it sounds like "noob". Thus the slang term was born.

In reality, noob isn't technically a derogatory term, but people do take offense to being called inexperienced, though I myself am surprised that you were temp banned for using this term. However, it is worth noting that some people do try to use this term in a derogatory way, but the term itself isn't an issue, it's how you use it.

It is also surprising that people are so upset by being called an inexperienced newcomer. Yes, it may seem to them that they are being called "dumb", but weren't we all "noobs" at one point? I'm just saying that no one ever starts out knowing everything about a subject and there is no shame in that, there is no shame in being a "noob".

I was temp banned for a different issue.

I just needed to know if saying "noob" can get me banned again coz some people seem to be so horrifically offended by the term.
I myself am not ashamed to call myself a noob and have done so in numerous occasions.
Thanks for the clarification that simply saying "noob" should not result in a ban or mute here or in game... now I am no longer a noob when it comes to debates about the term "noob." I am now authorised to educate other noobs on the subject matter of noobs.
