Start a thread in the page "Player Reports" to report them to the staff. There, they can help you, only after you've provided proof. My suggestion is that you /ignore the player until they are muted or no longer bother you.

Hey Collin I have a question for you I have done many good things to try to get more players in the server and improve it I have been advertising it on other server and getting banned for just trying to help you and I would really appreciate moderator for this I really hope you take the time to think about this and I hope you make the right decision
Advertising on other servers gives Minetime a bad reputation. However, as long as you don't claim to be a representative, I guess it's not that bad. This won't increase your chances of getting moderator though. In fact, I would say it hurts it. Also, I find it quite rude thatyou are asking Collin to "make the right choice", as if he would be broken without your help. Guilt tripping and being pushy, plus asking them to look at your application/consider you will also hurt your chances. I would suggest not advertising Minetime on other servers, and being a bit more humble about it. Good luck.
