I agree, @tacticturtle spammed me 7 negative ratings in 15 minutes (i have proof btw). Players like him really need to calm their sheet. Your idea of a 30 minute-1 hour cooldown would keep spammers and rating-abusers like him in check and solve the problem.

 

I have no idea why you people (some people) are so vulnerable the such little stuff like a "Dislike" or a "dumb" Its just words people stop taking it so seriously
