Collin will do it on OCCASION. But most staff and donors are really good at pvp, and mostly when you slay using you perks they accuse of hacks(but on this server its allowed)or they say you spawn in items this is just another one of the incidents. And kyleep is on the build team I believe making him a easy target for someone saying Collin gave you the best gear. Which to me is hysterical how many sore losers are here that need excuses to explain if they get slayed by a donor and/or Staff. But you died anyway so deal with it.
Nope, not on prison either. He has on skyblock on a few occasions but no other servers, the prot X on prison was due to someone stealing it from a guard.
He didn't "give away" but he auctioned heaps of stuff once. Like - 64 creeper eggs and heaps of obsidian

1. Builders aren't being accepted right now. 2. If the shop needs to be built then a builder would do it, not you or any other person that thinks they can build. 3. I think the shop is already built and just needs to be implemented into the server. (I may be wrong about this though). The shop doesn't really need built though, more signs could just be added to the wall opposite the shop and more items could be bought there.
