Hey guys, I've decided to post some pictures of my modern house neighborhood, which is still under construction. There is a lot so that if you'd like to make something similar, there is plenty of reference here. I made these based on some very nice videos made by Keralis on Youtube. If you'd like further references, look for him there. My brothers helped me a lot on these, so their houses are there but not photographed in detail. I mostly made the pool area in the middle, the lights, the road, the good-looking houses, and many of the smaller details. They aren't on as much as I am, and its my big project that they could contribute to. I made the mistake of spawning a snow biome flat-world and had my pool freeze and snow everywhere. I put beacons in the bottom of the pool so they might melt the ice, but nope. The pool still freezes. The road really looks like asphalt in the texture pack. I used a coal block, and yellow stained clay I believe. The texture pack that I used to take the screenshots is FlowsHD. The chests in my version of the texture pack are whited out and I think somebody forgot to paint them haha. Anyways, I don't think that my pictures include them, and I don't believe that should take away from the houses themselves. The only problem is that they are kind of hard to find after being placed.
