Well I meant as in they could be trying to "troll" or annoy you. They always have a reason. Not a good one, but a reason.
I think ratings add a lot, but there should be a way to get abused rating repealed when the person is banned.
I have a pretty well intact computer. You are the only thing on the internet that makes me lag. I am not "whining". I have asked you politely to change it, and so have others; even daelwolf. Also, you just rated 2 of my posts "dumb" for no reason. You mad or something? Do you really think it is my responsibillity to get a new computer to be able to see your stupid GIFs? They are all pointless anyways. This is way off topic already.
Yes. It lags my computer too and Collin even said to still try not to post big signatures. This GIF is very unnecessary and I'm sure many people agree with me and @tacticturtle. Please remove it for the better of the community.
I disagree, the reason people abuse "dumb" is because it is a negative rating. "Disagree" is just a neutral rating, so even if people spam it it doesn't hurt the other person, so they are not likely to "abuse" it.
I know, as I stated earlier, I was not aware that the disagree button was a neutral rating and I apologize for that.

I would say yes to this. A lot of players get negative ratings for no reason or when they don't deserve it. Spam rating is another reason, for instance if you reported someone for spam rating you, they may get banned from the forums, but nothing will happen about the ratings. On the other hand, if negative ratings were removed members wouldn't be getting spamm negative ratings for anything they write. This will also descrease the amount of arguements and such.
No. You just need to remove it. Size won't make a difference. And that GIF you just posted is not appropriate for this discussion. Please take a look at this @daelwolf
