How do I get an empty mob spawner? Or is that even possible? I just need a mob spawner so I could put my horse spawn egg in. Or is there anyway to buy a mob spawner with a horse egg already in it? If there is which shops can I buy it at?
It's not possible to get an empty spawner, I don't think. As for horses - if you're talking about skyblock (you didn't specify which server), horse spawners are disabled there, and you cannot use an egg to get one either.
