Well... The servers not open so we can't really do anything about that But yea I agree there is too much roleplay spam

I mean, I don't care about role-plays, they can role-play if they want, I thought in Creative you can do anything you want, if you want to build a huge foam-y Cappuccino, then you can, If you hate role-plays then don't go to them and do what you want, And they do want they want.

There's a lot of role play but in creative you can do whatever you want like building, roaming around, or role playing. They already implemented a party system with a chat but no one really uses it. Adding a whole separate role playing server would be pointless.

 

Honestly, they should make an rp server. I do roleplay but i can understand how annoying it is to see this in chat constantly: TP TO ME FOR A FNAF 164636 ROLEPLAY, LOVE, ROMANCE, FUN. <-- L()()K!

I didnt Role Play when I was on the creative server
I was too busy building trenches and zeppelins to be bothered

 

There shouldn't be a Role-play server, it's a total waste of time since it's a part of the Creative server, if anything maybe there should be a Role-play chat, and even with the role-play server, there would probably still be role-players in Creative and maybe even the chat won't work, you can never get rid of them.

 

The role play community is really not that smart

Someone went out of there way to create a party chat plugin
THEN THEY DON'T USE IT

I asked someone why they didn't use it and there excuse was "It's too hard/takes too long to do it"

I think that the roleplay can stay but if you dont like it, you can either mute/ignore everyone in the chat or just turn off your chat in the settings while playing creative.

 

Using party chat as a solution is stupid. Imagine the owner of a larger roleplay having to manually add all 20+ people to a party, and since half of the roleplayers are arrogant, stubborn, idiots, a lot of them would just flat out refuse to join said party. You can't call an entire division of our community dumb because they won't engage in such a uselessly tedious process.
We do need a separate creative roleplay server from the normal creative, and permission to report people roleplaying on the wrong server.
Honestly, though, by the time the server is actually back, this thread will probably be lost anyways.

 

There's a plugin that allows chat channels to be created, and joined by just typing the command /joinchan [channelname]. This is what the party plugin SHOULD have been. It's easy, fast, and doesn't require the creator to invite anyone. Rp creators should set up a sign that instructs players to join their rp's channel. I don't think people would be stupid enough not to read roleplay rules at the entrances.

As for the Advertisements... Let's face it, those don't apply to roleplays only, and will always exist no matter what.

Ik ik, its difficult to think about, but if you use some imagination, and use a little bit of algebra and Einsteins theory of relativity you can see how it works out in the end.
