ok so when i logged opff last night i had around 12.5 mil give or take when i logged on today i was left with 63 cents can i get some help from colin or anyone who may be able to investigate what has happened. even if it is just checking through commands i used at any given time. to see who it went to
Since you have no evidence no action will be taken. Minetime is also not responsible for hacked accounts.
how am i meant to get proof is someone is on my account. anyway im asking for someone to see if they can check through the log of commands ive used to see where its all gone
Oh I feel bad I have never been hacked but my dad has been on a different video game all his stuff was stolen but he ended up calling the games company and he got his stuff back! I don't know if It works that way with mc... :/
It doesn't. Minetime does not take responsibility for hacked accounts. Even if the culprit was found your stuff would not be returned and instead the player responsible would be banned.
I know minetime doesn't but what about minecraft? Hacked accounts have really nothing to do with minetime but minecraft should do something about it. A lot of games have a help call number for if they can't log in ect.
Mojang will most likely reset your pasword and account for you if you can prove that you own it. But they will not return in game items you lost on some server. In this case the player already can log in, it seems the "hacker" only took the stuff and did not change the password therefor Mojang will take no action.
