    Hello :)

I have a new problem with my laptop that I don't know how to fix, at the moment everytime I turn it on, it goes straight to a "Failure configuring windows features, reverting changes, do not turn off your computer." It has been stuck on this for the past 4-6 hours and I'm not sure whats wrong/what to do.
I have took a picture on my ipad which is shown in the link below, if you do know how to fix it please tell me in detail and what is the issue.

    Thanks :)

    Hi,

Welcome to the Microsoft support forums!

Have you tried turning it off and back on?

In all seriousness.... I've found some videos that might help:

If it doesn't work, then I recommend going to the real Microsoft support forums.

This happens when a update is half installed. For instance, im at mcdonalds and im turning my pc on. It says installing updates. Oh no! Its out of power and there are no plugs! *laptop shutsdown*. 30 minutes later i turn it on. Since alot of updates were only half installed it must take forever to have the half installed ones uninstalled. Dont turn it off. Your laptop or pc isnt joking around.
