ok now i get it. I thought he meant like a sign that could sell anything, it just had to be in his hand.
The fact that your faction found and contained these glitches should in no way mean that you just instantly get sell signs. Sells signs are, as custom enchants (sharp 6 sword) not available to regular minetime players and therefore should not be available to Cats just because they happened upon these glitches.
You wanna find some glitches and actually do some good for the server instead of threatening to crack accounts, Ash. Then we can talk about what is fair and unfair because we have all put hours into the server finding patches for certain glitches that weren't even exposed to the server yet.
As someone who used to run a server (and was admin on countless others) I appreciate this and understand this completely. All too many times players accused myself and others of cheating just because we were opped/had special perms.
Me and @ImpactVolts are now accused more than anything because Impact recently got helper for his contributions and I have already had helper for a decent time. We are accused of cheating for everything when in fact the only thing we now have that others cannot obtain is a sell sign. I don't understand why people feel the need to hate on us because we spend the most time, we are smarter about what we do because we test it on our own server, and we simply are undeniably the richest/best faction. We have never been raided, we have the best base on the server. PS we are currently building another map so I take it as even more work is being put into Minetime by us.
I really do hate players who do that, they cant see through the fog and realize all the staff is doing to fix and improve the server. All they see is what they want, abusive staff so they can find a reason for why the staff have a ton of stuff. One of the reasons I did shut down my server was because of players constantly accusing my dedicated staff AND myself of abuse. I just got tired of it and figured it wasnt worth it. .-.
Yea on here it is specifically them all targeting the Helpers really hoping we will get demoted and then they will have a chance. I have only been reported a couple times (for ridiculous reasons xD) and all that happened was the person was told basically to go away this wasn't worth our time or even a simple "lol". I personally enjoy this but I know quite a bit more of staff may not and I do not love the "Abuse" every time anyone gets anything in my faction. (It gives us a terrible reputation)
Haters will continue to hate, let them. I know where my reputation actually stands in my own head, I don't need everyone else telling me how to do my job or what I did not do right or how to do it better. We are where we are because we know what we are doing
