If minetime factions added Obsidian breaker.. i know for sure a lot of old players will quit, minetime will no longer have its unique factions gameplay. Adding obsidian breaker makes minetime just ''Another normal factions server'', just like any other factions server, no more uniqueness, less will to play. May aswell play a different factions server, just the same anyway.
You say it will lose its "uniqueness" surely by having a server that allows the use of hacks is incredibly unique. Plus if all the "old players" quit then thats there bad. Good luck to them on finding another server that allows hacks. This will also bring more people a long to replace the people who can't handle obsidian breaker. If you wish to go play another faction server please go ahead but you will get banned for hacking which doesn't happen on minetime.

Just saying guys, it wasn't long when you said you wanted obby breaker, now the majority doesn't want it. Make your mind up people.
Technically, the majority do want it as 53.4% want it and 46.6% do not want it. However, me and the rest of the staff will discuss this and decide on whether or not to add it.
20% of factions already quit. I think it's a bad idea. And I might quit just upon how the new minetime is..
I hate the fact that all of the old players are going to quit, why? Because you can't accept new challanges, you want to hide in an unraidable base and you don't put much effort in? Well then have fun finding new servers that allow hacks. Minetime is still unique and will always be, it was just like when everyone said, "oh im quiting because of the lag". The next morning I see them online.....
I won't quit, I'm just saying I'm annoyed this is happening @PingPongGamer. I'm fine with doing this, I'm up to the challenge. The thing I find annoying though, is that you put hours into making a base and then it just gets raided. Like you literally build walls just for them to get raided, I'm fine with that though. There are actually more new servers that are allowing hacking now, so yes you can find new hacking servers. I'm not going to quit and I'm an old player, I think its lazy just hiding in a base to be honest. Factions isn't about hiding, its about pvping and raiding. You have to put a lot of effort into bases so they don't get raided, that's the point. Otherwise, if people didn't put hours into their base they'd get raided straight away
Byebye. Also, 20% of people have quit because they know there is an upcoming reset in the near future. Many people will join back when the server resets.
I see your point and thanks for understanding mine rather than raging at me like most people. In a whole day of genning walls, I can do 70. I think I'll start up some sort of building business hehe, I have experience on faction servers with obby breaker. I'm also great with cannons so I don't mind teaching people.
I am going to try to learn more about cannons too, I have some what idea of what bases are going to need
